Hope everyone had an amazing Labor Day weekend! Before I left for my trip around Europe this summer, I had posted a preview photo of a collaboration outfit post that my brother Justin Thorne worked on with me. I was so busy traveling that I never got to actually post the look, so here it is! But first, a little bit about my brother…
My brother Justin Thorne is sort of a fashion lover in a manner of speaking. Being in the entertainment industry and growing up around dance, plus a house full of girls, he was always surrounded by fashion. He always had the more expensive taste in brands and styles , and thus I thought it would be a fun idea to collaborate and have him guest post, and style a trendy look he would like to see on women. I had him work with the clothes in my closet, and the first thing he said was, “Wow you wear a lot of color!” Which is why it’s pretty funny that this look for my post is all black and white, significant of his own personal taste. Check out his look, and also his new official music video that came out recently called “Heartbroken”! He’s worked really hard on his original song and video, and working on more music as we speak. You can also find more info about him and his upcoming projects at http://www.justin-thorne.com.
So without further a-do, straight from his mouth/mind to your eyes, I give you Justin Thorne’s NYC Street-chic look.
” This is an outfit made for a day in NYC. A great mix of edgy and dressy. I kept it cool and edgy on the bottom, with leather pants and leather boots. While keeping it classy on the top with a classic white button up and a black blazer. Keeping the outfit black and white keeps it high fashion and can be worn in a casual setting as well as a work/professional setting.”

I am wearing a white collared button-up from Gap, leather pants from Foreign Exchange, black faux-leather buckle boots from H&M, and a black blazer from H&M. My black leather studded shoulder bag is from Steve Madden and black/grey sunnies from CottonOn. Hope you all enjoyed this look. I have one other look my brother styled on me, more on the casual side so stay tuned for that upcoming post!
